Higher education financing system is crucial for the management strategies of higher education institutions and their responsibilities towards the needs of individuals as well as social and economic development of Croatia. Through the financing strategies and students standard policies it is possible to provide equity for all social groups and assure equal opportunities for participating in higher education. IDE promotes financing strategies which would establish a socially inclusive and transparent education system.
