SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:

In line with it’s main goal, the main output of the „VIRTUS“ project is the launch of a centralized information service in the form of a national website
www.stipendije.info which contains information about scholarship programmes available to Croatian citizens.

The second output of the project was an international conference “Scholarships.info: The Role of Scholarships In Raising Academic Mobility” (“Stipendije.info: Uloga stipendija u povećanju akademske mobilnosti”), which was held at the University of Osijek in September 2005.
The portal www.stipendije.info was presented and promoted at the conference.

MAIN OBJECTIVE:

The main goal of the „VIRTUS“ project is to promote the importance of scholarships as a contributing factor to popularization of academic mobility and democratization of higher education.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

• Launching of stipendije.info website
• International conference: “Scholarships.info: The Role of Scholarships In Raising Academic Mobility”

MAIN RESULTS OF THE PROJECT:

• Centralized information service for scholarships in the form of a national portal www.stipendije.info
