SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:
The demand to increase competences of graduated engineering for quality employment and self-employment is an imperative. Taking into consideration the already identified issues, this project will address insufficient creation of jobs and a gap between supply and demand for knowledge and skills in the Brod-Posavina County with entrepreneurship not present in an appropriate manner in the educational programs in formal and informal non-economic education and a lack of programmes for lifelong learning and low connectivity of educational institutions and business. This project will put in focus the improvement of (self)employment of mechanical engineers in Brod-Posavina County by connecting education with labour market through Enterprise Learning Partnership and encouraging target groups for diverse ways of learning, mobility, entrepreneurship, creativity and innovation.

Increase of employment level in Brod-Posavina County
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
Contribute to sustainable employment by increasing in the number of employed mechanical engineers through (self)employment in Brod-Posavina County
MAIN RESULTS OF THE PROJECT:
- Students of technical faculties have appropriate knowledge and skills for entrepreneurship and the web portal „e4corner@mefsb“ is developed, to support learning by organized trainings and autonomous learning
- Strengthened education system in the area of Life-Long Learning (LLL) – established Lifelong Learning Desk
- Enhanced exchange of experiences of good practice – formed “Enterprise Learning partnership
