Information and Advising on Higher Education
The Institute for the Development of Education (IDE) is actively involved in informing and educating the academic community and the wider public on available educational opportunities, professional development and academic mobility programmes in Croatia and abroad, as well as on financial aid opportunities in higher education.
IDE is an official EducationUSA advising center, authorised by the U.S. State Department and supported by U.S. Embassy in Croatia to provide information on study opportunities in the United States of America. IDE therefore has a developed structure of activities, professionally trained staff, and the necessary resources and access to information on higher education in the U.S.
In addition to these resources and services, IDE is the authorised representative of the Central European University (CEU) for Croatia. CEU is an internationally recognized U.S.-type higher education institution in Budapest, offering graduate and postgraduate programmes in the social sciences, the humanities, environmental protection and mathematics.
