SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:

First result of the project is a feasibility study containing data necessary for building a model for professional guidance centres for every university in Croatia. Second result is development of a model for career advice centres at all Croatian universities customized to their specific needs. Third result was publishing the project publication containing key project conclusions which served as a basis for launching professional guidance centres at universities.

MAIN OBJECTIVE:

Creating a platform for starting professional guidance centres (Career Advice Centres) at Croatian universities

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

First goal of the project is a survey which will serve as a feasibility study for starting career guidance centres at Croatian universities, providing necessary data for development of functional models for career guidance centres adaptable to the needs of every university.

Second goal is creating a model for career guidance centres based on the results of the survey which will serve as a base for implementation of career advice centres in line with the needs of universities.

Third goal is publication and distribution of a document with conclusions in the form of a career advice centre model. This will serve as a reference tool for launching centres for career guidance and lobbying key decision-makers at universities and in the ministries in order to speed up the process.
